Coach guided, group classes. All you need to do is show up for a great work out. Work outs are always different, and scalable for athletes of all ages and skill levels. These workouts combine weightlifting, cardio and gymnastic movements.
Non coach led gym time. Come on in to do your own thing at your own speed. There is always a coach on site for any questions or to help with movements!
For ages 12-18. This is a great intro class to CrossFit, teaching kids the basics of how to move their bodies safely, while getting a great work out and having fun! Oh and class includes weekly dodgeball games!
