Monday – 5:00 AM, 6:00 AM, 8:00 AM (BURN), 9:15 AM, 12:00 PM, 3:30 PM, 4:30 pm, 5:30 pm

Tuesday – 5:00 AM, 6:00 AM, 7:00 AM, 9:15 AM, 4:30 PM, 5:30 PM

Wednesday – 5:00 AM, 6:00 AM, 8:00 AM (BURN), 3:30 PM, 4:30 PM, 5:30 PM

Thursday – 5:00 AM, 6:00 AM, 9:15 AM, 4:30 PM, 5:30 PM

Friday – 5:00 AM, 6:00 AM, 7:00 AM, 8:00 AM (BURN), 9:15 AM, 12:00 PM, 3:30 PM, 4:30 PM

Saturday – 8:30 AM

Sunday – 9:00 AM

Regular group CrossFit classes unless otherwise noted.

BURN is a HIIT style class that has different programming from our standard CrossFit Classes.

Class times and specialty classes will be added as needed.
