Learn everything you need to know to get started with group classes.

At CrossFit Formidable, your safety is our utmost priority. In order to ensure high levels of efficacy and efficiency in your workout, we require all of our prospective members complete 2x one on one fundamental classes. The fundamental classes are designed to give you a general overview of basic CrossFit terminology, foundational movements, and a sampling of our programming. Upon completion of the Fundamentals’ sessions, you will be able to join regularly scheduled classes.


Personal Training

one on one

One-on-One Coaching is an amazingly effective and efficient way to achieve your individual fitness goals. Your coach will work with you to identify and clarify your fitness goals, conduct a functional movement assessment, and design a program specifically targeted at improving your deficiencies and optimizing your strengths, thereby enabling you to achieve your goals as quickly as possible. One-on-one coaching is recommended if you have been sedentary for a long period of time, are training for a specific sport or event, have significant health limitations or just prefer the additional attention and accountability.
