How bad do you want it?
Are you wiling to be consistent and come to the box 3-5 days a week or are you going to come when you feel like it, showing your face once a week?
Are you willing to put everything you have into every workout, focusing on flawless mechanics, pushing through another rep when your mind is screaming stop, or are you going to stay in your comfort zone, crumbling under the slightest bit of discomfort, overloading with train wreck form or stay coasting on cruise control?
Are you willing to work on your mobility issues before and after class with a purpose, improving your range of motion and performing daily maintenance on yourself, or are you going to walk out as soon as the WOD is over, or lean against the foam roller and socialize for 5 minutes after class and continue moving like shit?
Are you willing to allow your body the recovery it deserves, try and get eight hours of sleep, and take rest days after 3 days, or are you going to get a few hours of sleep, workout seven days a week, continue doing p90x on your off days and depriving your body of well deserved rest?
Are you willing to find your weaknesses and work daily to improve them or are you going to avoid them like the plague, cherry picking workouts and not coming when it’s a movement you don’t like?
Are you willing to improve your nutrition, eat real food, eat enough food, kick the habits and properly fuel your body for performance, or are you going to keep putting the same crap in your body, fueling your addictions, making worthless excuses and rewarding yourself with food like a dog?
CrossFit doesn’t work unless you do.
